Fidusca Group is a family business founded in 2022.
7 companies have been grouped together with a clear mission:
investing in real estate, with a passion for retail.
As a family business, we distinguish ourselves from other investment funds. Our family values are our foundations. Our speciality, given our experience in retail, is to invest in suburban commercial real estate.

Fidusca Group is a family business, based in the north of Brussels.

Currently, there are 3 different generations active in the group.
As co-founders of our first family business, Krëfel NV, we have over 60 years of experience in the retail sector. We start from this unique philosophy and combine experience and know-how with an innovative dynamic. Over the years, we have built up a real estate portfolio throughout Belgium, but also in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
In 2019, the history of our family business Krëfel NV took a new turn, with the sale to the French group Boulanger.
But our story is not over. As a family business, we have decided to take a new direction by expanding our existing property portfolio.
Our specialty, given our background in retail, is investing in commercial real estate.

Our passion for retail
Housing
We recently decided to invest in residential property, to further diversify our funds, with a first project in Meise just north of Brussels.
The delivery of the 10 single-family homes is scheduled after the summer of 2023.
Fidusca will keep these assets in its portfolio to rent them out.
